Merchant Quay is a stylish residential development in the heart of Leith, Edinburgh, featuring 1, 2, and 3-bedroom apartments. Barratt Homes sought to meet stringent acoustic requirements while significantly reducing embodied carbon. By incorporating Pliteq’s innovative GenieMat® RST and GenieBoard® solutions, the project achieved exceptional sound performance and saved over 139 tonnes of CO₂e.
